New Role at the Latvian Culture Capital Foundation

I’m pleased to share that I have started working as a Music Expert at the Latvian Culture Capital Foundation. In this role, I will contribute my professional experience to the evaluation and development of projects in the music field.
Awarded a PhD from Guildhall School of Music & Drama
On 1 November 2024, I was awarded my PhD from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama.
This achievement marks the culmination of an important period of research, artistic development, and reflection. My doctoral work has been a deeply meaningful part of my creative and professional journey, allowing me to explore my practice with greater depth and to contribute new perspectives to my field.
I am grateful to the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, my supervisors, colleagues, collaborators, friends, and family for their encouragement and support throughout this chapter.
NYX Trio - 10 Dedications
Released on 22 September 2023 by Prima Classic, 10 Dedications is NYX Trio’s deeply personal album celebrating a decade of collaboration between flutist Anete Toča, violinist Tatjana Ostrovska, and pianist Ieva Sarja. The recording brings together works by contemporary Latvian composers, many written for, dedicated to, or closely connected with the ensemble.
The albumnreflects NYX Trio’s artistic journey and its longstanding commitment to Latvian chamber music.
Dzintra Erliha - Dreamscape
Released on 28 June 2024 by Prima Classic, Dreamscape presents pianist Dzintra Erliha in a collection of contemporary works by women composers, bringing together solo piano music and chamber works in a richly atmospheric musical journey.
Violinist Tatjana Ostrovska joins Dzintra Erliha and cellist Ivars Bezprozvanovs in three works for piano trio: Esin Aydıngöz’s Years Gone By, Lolita Ritmanis’ Dreamscape, and Ritmanis’ three-movement Vignettes from the Park — Conversations by the Fountain, Moonlight Love, and The Kite, the Boy, the Dog.
These chamber performances form an expressive part of the album, combining violin, cello and piano within a programme devoted to distinctive voices in contemporary music.
